Everything was great: timeliness, communication, and quality of work. We were mounting our TV on an outside wall which proved more difficult but they managed it without cutting additional holes in the drywall.

Great service! I had a small project for wiring through the ceiling and two walls. I made an online request and received a call and text very quickly. After a few questions I had an appointment for the next morning. The installation team did a very clean job. They spared my dry wall so I didn't have to have do spackling or texture work. They put everything exactly where I wanted it with no extra holes. They left no trace of the work. I am very happy I hired professionals for this job.

Had an excellent experience with HD Hookups. We had a somewhat complicated job in our media room, changing the locations of the retractable screen and projector, re-installing surround/atmos speakers and pulling audio/video cables. While there was attic access, it was constrained. Doug reviewed the job, discussed a quote and then Tony and Cesar were the techs who executed. Both were excellent and came up with creative routing and mounting solutions. Would highly recommend and will plan to use them again.

Recently we experienced sudden failure of streaming functionality owing to a technical alteration made by Apple TV. HD Hookups, the original installer of our custom whole house media/entertainment system, not only responded almost immediately to correct the problem, but voluntarily made some additional adjustments to enhance the overall quality of our system. We could not be more pleased with their service and highly recommend them for all media needs
